We want you to achieve the best sleep of your life, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period for all Ozlo Sleepbuds. If you are not completely satisfied with your rest, you can return your device for a full refund within the first 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

• 3.
  Package Your Sleepbuds

  Place the Sleepbuds, charging case, and all original accessories back into the original packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
